Custom Website for Your Business ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides web development and design services subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit and Payment: All projects require a non-refundable $99 deposit to begin. This deposit will be applied to the total project cost. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement.

2. Expedited Services: Projects requested with "as soon as possible" timelines incur a 30% rush fee added to the total project cost.

3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final website design. The Company retains rights to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
